The original Audio Merge product you have purchased is covered by a 2-year legal guarantee (except for the US and Japan which is 1-year). The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of brand new, unused products by the first end user. Please retain your sales receipt (or your warranty certificate) as proof of purchase. Unless you submit proof of purchase you will be obliged to pay for any repairs that are carried out. Proof of purchase must state the date of purchase and name of the product.
Audio Merge will repair this product, free of charge, in the event of defect of materials or workmanship. This limited warranty covers failures due only to defects in materials and workmanship which occur during normal, intended use and does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by products not supplied by Audio Merge.
About our shipping policy, after the first 30 days from receipt of the product, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to the authorized technical service. The authorized service will cover the return shipping costs after the first 6 months from receipt of the product. If the unit is found not to be defective, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted after 15 days of the purchase of the products. Return label shipping is a customer responsibility.
The refund processing time typically takes 30 days, the return product should be first revised in our workshop.
This limited warranty does not cover failures which arise from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper adjustment, alteration or modification of product, incompatibilities, line-power surges, acts of God, or service performed by anyone other than Audio Merge or its authorized agent.
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS. There are no express warranties except as listed above. Audio Merge shall not be liable for special, subsequent, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to: damage to recordings, microphones, mixing consoles, or any associated equipment, downtime costs, loss of goodwill, or claims of any party dealing with purchaser for such damages resulting from the use of this product. All warranties, express and implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or length of time an implied warranty remains in effect. As such, the above exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which can vary from state to state.
